200 Participants Milestone

We are super thrilled to announce that as of a few weeks ago, we collected data from our 200th participant, thereby making us 50% of the way to our goal of 400 participants. This has taken tremendous effort from many different people and we are very grateful to all of our collaborators and co-researchers, as well as all of the participants.

To mark the occasion, we are bringing back this blog, so you can expect more updates from us on the progress of our study and interoception research more broadly! We aim to post regularly updating not just about the progress of the Em-Body study, but also posting interesting research about interoception more generally, so make sure to check back here regularly for our updates.
